I heard such an ISO can be found on MSDN and have found this link, however none of those listed seem to be OEM editions. 2) What keys do I need to do a clean install?

As the title goes, I have the following questions:
1) Where can I find an OFFICIAL Windows 8.1 OEM ISO Single Language edition that will accept my OEM product key? I heard such an ISO can be found on MSDN and have found this link, however none of those listed seem to be OEM editions.
2) What keys do I need to do a clean install? I heard you need one key to install the OS, and another to activate it. I have acquired the latter via RWEverything. It is the former key I am interested in.
Basically what i'm asking for is precise instructions of whatofficial ISO to install, and where to get it from as well as any other info such as extra product keys that I need to know about pertaining a clean (reformat) installation of windows 8.1.

Please help, I have an Asus Q200E laptop, it was running Windows 8, I upgraded to Windows 8.1 but didn't like it and it caused my laptop to start getting weird errors. I did a Refresh your PC and then suddenly it was having problems doing updates and wouldn't work. I have to recovery my PC but didn't make a usb recovery disk because I didn't know how at the time. If anyone has a recovery iso you can please send me I would appreciate it. I do have my product id and product key, I just am unable to recovery my PC because the only isos available are for retail.
