Issue:

After installing Vehicle Tracking, the menu and ribbon for it does not appear in AutoCAD products, or the Vehicle Tracking user interface has disappeared from the ribbon.

Solution:

Make sure that the Civil 3D workspace is set (see To Work With Workspaces).
If the menu and ribbon are still missing, follow the steps:

1. Enter the MENULOAD command.
2. Browse to the following location: C:Users<USER>AppDataRoamingAutodeskVehicle TrackingMenus
3. Select the following depending on the version: atrc191.cuix (2014), atra200.cuix (2015), atra201.cuix (2016), atra210.cuix (2017), atra220.cuix (2018), atra230.cuix (2019), and load.
4. Click Close.

The folder C:Users<USER>AppDataRoamingAutodeskVehicle TrackingMenus is created automatically during the first launch of Vehicle Tracking. If it is not yet created follow these steps:

1. Open AutoCAD and with the NETLOAD command, load C:Program FilesAutodeskVehicle Tracking <Year>atrcXXX_ARX.dll
2. Type VEHICLETRACKING into the command line. Alternatively, type SHOWVEHICLETRACKINGRIBBON (if the ribbon is still not displayed). The command should load the menus.

If the folder C:Users<USER>AppDataRoamingAutodeskVehicle TrackingMenus is empty try to reinstall Autodesk Vehicle Tracking (see Get Your Autodesk Software Up & Running).
